Ipeleng first gained a Bachelor of Arts majoring in political studies and philosophy, then went on to complete a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from University of the Witwatersrand in 2018. She is currently studying for an LLM with the University of Cape Town, focusing on advanced contract law and international commercial and transactions law.

On graduation with her LLB, Ipeleng undertook her articles with a Cape Town law firm, and was admitted as an attorney in 2022. At Radiant Ipeleng focuses on managed legal services, providing a full range of contract lifecycle support to our international clients, and also contributes to our continuous improvement programme. She brings a blend of legal precision and creative thinking to deliver efficient solutions.

What I'm most excited about with starting my adventure with Radiant are the endless ways in which, as a newly admitted attorney, I'll be able to develop and grow in the commercial space, and use the knowledge gained to serve clients to the best of my ability. I look forward to engaging with the law the Radiant Way, and in turn being of the utmost benefit to both clients and colleagues.
