Johanei is a graduate of the University of Stellenbosch and completed her articles in 2021.

At Radiant Johanei supports our managed legal services clients, where she is involved in the review, drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts as well as delivering continuous improvement projects across the contracting process. Johanei is also an integral part of our new joiner buddy programme, providing colleagues joining the team with support during their first weeks with us.

I enjoy Radiant's forward-thinking approach and our use of technology to simplify commercial contracting. I am excited to be part of a team that values continuous improvement and embraces change.
