As our People Journey Coordinator, Bianca is the lynchpin of Radiant Law’s team. Her role sees her making sure that everyone has a smooth and happy experience working with us, from onboarding to events and everything in between. Bianca also delivers support to streamline operations across the whole business, including standardising data and reporting and driving efficiencies in our processes, office management, marketing and sales.  

Bianca's background in design, project management and organisational logistics, as well as the unlimited coffee and snack drawer in our offices, help to power her through.
