Naledi graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Law, Political Studies and History at the University of the Witwatersrand, before going on to gain her LLB in 2021. During her time at Wits Naledi was also an advisor with the university law clinic, providing a wide range of legal advice.

After graduation Naledi joined Norton Rose Fulbright to undertake her articles, where she gained exposure to renewable energy projects, commercial litigation, property law, and corporate mergers and acquisitions.

Following her admission as an attorney in 2024, Naledi joined Radiant, bringing with her a passion for integrating technology to streamline legal processes. She provides drafting, review and negotiation support as part of Radiant’s managed legal services team, working with global financial organisations.

I was drawn to Radiant because of its innovative approach to improving legal processes and making things easier for the client and its lawyers. The firm’s focus on efficiency, technology, and providing practical solutions aligns with my interest in making things more efficient and contributing to impactful change.
