Tanille graduated from the University of the West Indies with an LLB in 2017, and in 2019 graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School Legal Education Certificate programme and was called to the Bar.

Tanille’s initial work experience was in a private civil practice, after which she moved in-house to an insurance company where she spent two years negotiating contracts and providing legal advice. A focus on customer experience, the constant search for improvement and an interest in how technology can drive efficiencies led Tanille to Radiant in 2022. She supports international financial services clients in North American timezones with managed legal services across the whole contracting lifecycle, including delivering process efficiencies as part of our continuous improvement programme.
