Sián was admitted as an attorney in early 2019, after having gained her LLB from the University of the Free State. She oversees the team supporting one of Radiant Law’s largest managed legal services clients with the drafting, review and negotiation of  commercial agreements, as well as delivering support on complex deals for the financial services industry. Sián leads Radiant's internal training programme, and is instrumental in building skills and knowledge across the organisation.

Before joining Radiant Law Sián worked at one of South Africa’s oldest law firms, where she gained considerable experience in commercial litigation.
