Pedzi has experience and expertise in the field of Business Analysis particularly in the legal industry, assisting businesses to be more efficient and effective in the delivery of legal services. Amongst the areas he covers, Pedzi oversees the development of Radiant's workflow system and client dashboards.

Prior to joining Radiant Law, Pedzi worked for a legal process outsourcing company as a Business Analyst. His focus included business process modelling, requirements gathering management and project management.
