New to legal technology, I am inspired and intrigued by Radiant's desire to revolutionize the contracting process making it simpler, user-friendly and reasonable. Having come onboard, I see that the future of contracting definitely lies with Radiant's progressive operations.

Karishma completed her LLB through the University of Birmingham in 2017, followed by her Bar Professional Training Certificate in 2018.

Following her call to the Bar in 2019, Karishma undertook her period of training in Chambers, then moved to the Trinidad & Tobago Ministry of Social Development and Family Services. She spent two years managing a wide range of procurement and other commercial agreements, as well as legislation advisory and policy drafting.

At Radiant Karishma is delivering managed legal services support to clients in North American timezones, and fulfilling her passion for revolutionising the contracting process.
