Get ready to accelerate your contracting
Contracts are the lifeblood of your company: the source of both revenue and third party support. Yet contracting processes too often undermine the relationships they are meant to create.
We run regular online workshops for anyone who wants to help their company enter into agreements faster and stop wasting money on slow, expensive and inefficient processes that are a turn-off to prospective customers and suppliers.
Building on Radiant's approach to fixing contracting, outlined in our book, Sign Here, we will show you how you can put in place scalable contracting processes that are faster and cheaper while building better commercial relationships.
Alex’s straight-forward approach to best practice at the Radiant sessions gave really valuable insight on optimising and streamlining contracting models. My full team has now attended the sessions and came from them energised and keen to explore the practical steps set out to help us engage better with suppliers and give a better customer experience.

There’s a proven path to improving contracting processes and ways to avoid common mistakes. But too often teams feel stuck dealing with the challenges of managing the day to day business demand in the face of headcount freezes and financial pressures while unclear what to change and how.
Often what’s stopping teams from getting to this promised land are some simple, understandable, and fixable roadblocks. Getting to grips with those gives you the key principles that underpin the transformation of your contracting processes.
With an emphasis on practical steps, we will cover:
- Common mistakes that teams make
- The key principles that underpin successful contracting
- The three-stage method we use to fix contracting processes
In a 75-minute interactive online workshop we'll uncover what's holding legal teams and organisations back from accelerating their contracting, and walk through practical steps every team should take to start solving this business-critical challenge.
NEXT WORKSHOP DATES:
Tuesday 28th June, 3.00-4.15pm (GMT) PLACES AVAILABLE
General Counsel, legal team leaders and legal ops in companies handling more than 100 contracts a year.
At the end of this session you'll:
- have a better understanding of the root causes of your contracting problems
- understand the basic processes and tools that can be put in place and how we approach standard templates
- have a blueprint for how to approach fixing your contracting process, so that you can accelerate the pace of change
- understand what improvements look like in practice and have real world examples and data to show the impact that changes can make.
"I’d recommend Radiant for helping a company learn how to move the dial and make an impact, how to simplify the way you contract and provide legal advice and have a good customer experience, how to get your data in shape, how to make changes. They give companies ideas to think about, they don’t just look at the problem but the cause.
It was always brilliant when we had conversations with Alex: he made us think bigger, look at future proofing, see the bigger picture, think about how to unlock potential. He was so good at making connections between the systems, tools and processes we have internally but that we haven’t tied up, he could cut to the chase and really help."

Build a roadmap for improvement
Radiant Law’s scorecard tool is designed to help you identify what are usually ‘important not urgent’ issues that are holding back your contracting. It will provide you with a roadmap report for planning improvements and development of your business' capabilities.
During the workshop you’ll learn more about the insight the scorecard report provides. It's quick to complete in advance, with a series of multiple choice questions: click here to get started.
