Nicola is Radiant’s Head of People, Marketing and Communications, bringing over 20 years’ experience in building and leading high performing teams and the delivery of impactful marketing and communications programmes.

Nicola’s cross-sector experience includes leading an international offshore investment company's global marketing division, creating and executing engagement programmes in the not-for-profit sector and building communications strategies for the management training industry. Before joining Radiant, Nicola led the marketing and communications function at one of the world's largest professional services organisations, building a team to work on the mobilisation and delivery of business growth services. Now she leads our marketing, brand and communications programmes as well as our people journey and recruitment, and drives our ESG focus.
