Kirsty gained her LLB in 2015 from the University of the West Indies, and in 2017 graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School Legal Education Certificate programme and was called to the Bar. Two years later she went on to complete an MBA through Anglia Ruskin University.

After her call to the Bar, Kirsty completed her internships and in-service training with a focus on commercial contracts from the outset. Following a year in Chambers, Kirsty made the move in-house, where she managed complex commercial transactions.

With a focus on creative problem-solving, Kirsty’s passion for building great commercial relationships drives her focus on solutions and insights that improve contracting efficiency for Radiant’s clients across the financial services industry.
