Reshma began her academic career with a Bachelor of Science in Government and Economics from the University of the West Indies in 2009, but with a passion fed by her grandfather to follow a legal career, she went on to gain an LLB through the University of London. Reshma received her Legal Practice Certificate through Manchester Metropolitan University in 2014, and still had a hunger for knowledge so an LLM in Corporate and Commercial Law followed in 2018.

After her call to the Bar, Reshma spent three years with a full service law firm in Port of Spain. Then came a move in-house, where Reshma provided a wide range of legal support including the review, drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements.

Looking for further growth, and with an interest in how technology is modernising the legal industry, Reshma joined Radiant in 2022. She supports global organisations in the financial services sector with managed legal services. Reshma is passionate about creating efficient contracting processes that really deliver value and put the focus on client priorities.

Radiant's value of Improve Everything resonates with me in the sense that life is ever-changing. I have one life to live and I want to have the best life. From my perspective, this would only be achievable through continuous improvement. I always strive to be better than I was yesterday, which keeps my forward never backward momentum.
