Gregg graduated from the University of the West Indies with an LLB in 2016, and in 2018 graduated from the Hugh Wooding Law School Legal Education Certificate programme and was called to the Bar.

After a year of traditional legal practice Gregg realised that he wanted business experience and to work in an environment that was not just about the law, so he moved in-house as Legal and Corporate Governance Team Lead with an international logistics organisation. Gregg worked closely with all parts of the business to oversee the group’s extensive contract management activity and developed Standard Operating Procedures to streamline the high volume of work.

Continuing to look for different ways of approaching contracting support and to broaden his skills and knowledge, Gregg moved to Radiant Law to work with the North America divisions of financial services organisations in delivering streamlined contracting at pace.
