We are pleased to publish our latest white paper on “Outsourcing Renegotiations and Rebids”, lessons learnt from the 10th February 2016 Radiant Law GC Breakfast.
Renewing or re-competing your outsourcing agreement is a significant business challenge that companies must face every few years. GCs should have a key voice in setting the right strategy and a critical role in executing that strategy.
Building on the success of our GC workshop and networking event last November, this workshop and networking breakfast focused on helping the in-house legal function to address the challenges that arise when a key outsourcing contract comes to its end of life and support your company to maximise the benefits of the sourcing strategy that you choose to adopt.
