Zizi Dlamini
ABOUT
Zizi began her studies with a BCom in Politics, Philosophy and Economics at the University of Cape Town, followed by a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Witwatersrand. After graduating, Zizi joined international law firm Norton Rose Fulbright, based in Johannesburg, to undertake her articles, and was admitted as an attorney in 2021.
Zizi’s experience as a candidate attorney and, later, associate designate saw her working across a wide range of industries, specialising in employment, labour and competition matters and working closely with the corporate team on matters from transactional inception through to drafting. This experience enabled Zizi to transition into a corporate legal advisory role where she went on to support clients with work through the whole contract lifecycle.
As an Allan Grey Fellow, Zizi is focused on high-impact problem-solving. Her passion for building great commercial relationships drives her to deliver solutions and insights that improve contracting efficiency for Radiant’s clients across the financial services industry.
“Radiant has found the ideal balance between technology and humanity in its legal services delivery and I was very intrigued by that. The firm's drive to evaluate and improve everything struck a chord with me and my approach to life; it feels great to be able to do that for clients as well.”
