Swazi gained her LLB from the University of Witwatersrand, and after two years completing her articles of clerkship with a Johannesburg law firm she was admitted as an attorney in 2019.
Moving in-house was the next step for Swazi, as she joined the legal team of a household name in the technology services industry. Swazi’s role saw her handling operational, service and day-to-day commercial agreements across the group, and also encouraged her interest in purpose-driven organisations where there is a focus on helping to shape the future in a way that benefits economic, environmental and social welfare.
Swazi joined Radiant in 2021, delivering process improvement support, reviews and negotiations for high-volume remediation projects.
“Contracting is the catalyst to most business or company related interactions and transactions. At the core of commercial contracting is building relationships and cultivating value for everybody involved. I love Radiant’s commitment to continuously improving and finding better, more efficient solutions to commercial contracting and law. I resonate with how Radiant constantly evaluates itself and is committed to technology and left-thinking to change the commercial space, one contract at a time while keeping value for the client its primary goal.”
