Radiant Law is a ground-breaking law firm that helps companies, through their contracts, achieve business objectives and build great commercial relationships. We do this by providing a managed legal service for high volumes of contracts using a combination of legal judgement calls, process and technology.
We are now looking for senior commercial lawyers to work on an ad hoc basis supporting prominent US-based clients. Where you’re based is not important, but the ability to work to US hours is essential – other than that this is a flexible opportunity where you can take control of your own workload, picking up contracts as and when it fits with your schedule. The successful candidates will have 8+ years’ PQE in commercial, corporate and/or technology transactions. We are looking for people with strong consultative and analytical skills and a willingness to work with the in-house teams of large organisations to analyse, design and execute Radiant Law’s managed legal service solutions using continuous improvement methodology and technology solutions. This role will suit lawyers who have an interest in new law, law tech and continuous improvement of the way legal services have been historically provided.
