In order to support a growing international client list, Radiant Law, winner of the 2013 FT Legal Industry Pioneer award, is seeking talented, entrepreneurial commercial lawyers who want to disrupt and improve the way legal services are provided.
Radiant Law is a ground-breaking law firm that helps companies, through their contracts, achieve business objectives and build great commercial relationships. We do this by providing a managed legal service for high volumes of contracts using a combination of legal judgement calls, process and technology.
We are now looking for senior commercial lawyers to work on an ad hoc basis supporting prominent US-based clients. Where you’re based is not important, but the ability to work to US hours is essential – other than that this is a flexible opportunity where you can take control of your own workload, picking up contracts as and when it fits with your schedule. This is an exciting chance to join a community of forward-thinking, creative lawyers delivering transformational support in the commercial contracts arena.
The successful candidates will have 8+ years’ PQE in commercial, corporate and/or technology transactions. We are looking for people with strong consultative and analytical skills and a willingness to work with the in-house teams of large organisations to analyse, design and execute Radiant Law’s managed legal service solutions using continuous improvement methodology and technology solutions. This role will suit lawyers who have an interest in new law, law tech and continuous improvement of the way legal services have been historically provided.
Radiant Law is a dynamic, fast-moving business which values working smarter over working harder, and puts its clients’ needs at the centre of everything it does. We are looking for people who are motivated to constantly evaluate and challenge the ‘everyday’ and find new ways of adding value to the delivery of managed legal services solutions.
Radiant Law is fully committed to the principles of equal opportunity, diversity and anti-discrimination. We encourage applications from all suitably qualified persons, regardless of race, age, gender, disability, religious belief or sexual orientation.
If you want the flexibility to manage your own workload and the opportunity to support a fabulous set of clients, please send your CV and a covering letter to firstname.lastname@example.org
