Radiant Law's GC Workshop and Networking Event: Re-engineering commercial contracting

Posted on Mar 9, 2016

Radiant Law are pleased to announce our GC workshop and networking event on "re-engineering commercial contracting".

For most senior legal teams in large organisations high volume commercial contracting processes are rarely purposefully designed but rather inherited and perpetuated and are often not fit for purpose. It is no surprise that GCs recognise that “cracks are appearing” in service delivery.

The purpose of the workshop is to step back, consider what happens in practice, what the business really needs and where there is waste, and then offer ways of designing and implementing a better contracting approach.

This workshop builds on the success of our all day workshop last November on "separating legal process from legal counsel".

Please see details of the event below and confirm whether or not you will be able to attend. Either way, we would be most grateful if you would take the time to complete our survey.
